Hotel Policy

    • Check-In time is 2.00 PM and check-out time is 12.00 PM noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
    • Local ID will not be accepted.
    • GST/Taxes are applicable as per Government directives.
    • Room booking stands confirmed once advance payment of at least 50% has been made. 
    • Personal Cheques for payment will not be accepted.
    • All Guest and Guest visitors must provide a Valid ID (Epic/Driving License/Aadhar) and vaccination certificate at the time of check-in. Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa.
    • All rooms are Non-smoking, 5000/- will be charged as sanitisation fee if found smoking inside the room.
    • Pets are not allowed
    • Child without bed below 11 years can stay for free and Child with bed will be charged Rs 700 per night. Child 12 years and above are considered as adult and Rs 1,500 will be charged per night.
    • Damages caused to the room or Hotel property during the stay, guest will be held responsible and so must make up to pay and settle for such loss and damage in full as deemed appropriate by the management
